Refund & Returns Policy — NUN SKINCARE
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Due to hygiene regulations, skincare products cannot be resold once shipped.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nunskincare.com.au.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Because shipping is included in product pricing, the shipping portion of the cost is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued without photographic evidence or for opened or used items.

Use & Safety
All products are for external use only. Always patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for skin reactions caused by personal sensitivities or misuse. If unsure, consult a GP or dermatologist before use.
